Are CMOs in Crisis or in Clover?

There’s a piece of Fournaise research that keeps getting requoted from 2012. It says that 80% of CEO’s don’t believe their CMO’s are doing a good job globally.

You don’t have to be a mathematician to realise that’s a pretty overwhelming majority. Other surveys suggest that 74% of CMO’s don’t feel like their jobs allow them to make maximum impact on the business.
