Aaron Bell has an unbelievable resume that began at 16 when he was employed by as an engineer Microsoft. Prior to founding AdRoll, Aaron was the lead engineer at SHAI, an artificial intelligence company where he oversaw projects for the NASA manned spaceflight program, including the official planning software used to set the launch date for the space shuttle. Needless to say, the guy’s a genius. So what does he do now? As CEO, he focuses on building a great company culture.
