The report and playbook, which first launched in 2022, is designed to help brands understand how the whole nation is intending to organise and prioritise their home finances as inflation and interest rates continue to bite. In 2022, Read The Room identified five very different groups of Australians whose relationship with brands was changing based on the economic climate.
