1.918m metro viewers flock to Nine for the Rafael Nadal v Nick Kyrgios grudge match

The match tennis fans spent all weekend waiting for brought 1.918m metro viewers to Nine on Monday night as Nick Kyrgios fought valiantly against Rafael Nadal, going down in four long sets against the world number one.

The match, which aired from 7.15pm on Nine, drew an average national audience of 2.473m, making it easily the most-watched game so far in the tournament. It peaked at 2.536m metro and 3.363m nationally.
