24 hours with Tyler Greer, director, global sales strategy at Exponential
In this 24 hours with, Exponential’s Tyler Greer discusses Dire Straits, the T-Rex the ever-present lure of the ping pong table.

The morning
It’s very early and my kidneys hurt.
I’ll kick off the way all needy and connection-addicted global citizens start: squinting through the darkness into my phone screen, shifting between work and social feed.
I hear Greer isn’t even that good at Table Tennis (Ping Pong)
Too much actual useful content. And too many well-planned narrative threads and payoffs.
Not enough earnestness mixed with self righteousness.
Try again
Some rookie errors here:
– didn’t claim to wake at 5am
– didn’t throw in technology to show you’re on the bleeding edge
– no inspirational hobbies
– no self deprecating humblebrags
– no ‘crushing it’ overtones
– no yoga/pilates/6am surf/bootcamp claims
– no 11pm finish
– no LDN/NYC call at 10pm before bed
I’m voting yes
Give me a call Tyler
Good read from one of the smartest non media wank guys out there.
Can confirm Greer is awful at ping pong.
I heard he’s only got a backhand anyway
Great work Tyler! Glad I understand now why you wake and your kidneys hurt!! Congrats on the promotion! Well deserved. Your media career is flying – interviews with Kochie and now Mumbrella star 🙂
Early Dire Straits…respect.
From one 24’er to another… I recommend home-brewing your own Kombucha (don’t forget the capital ‘K’ on the label) for your morning kidney pain.
