Initiative has promoted national chief implementation and investment officer Marcelle Gomez to be the managing director of its Sydney office.
The news comes amid a reshuffle at the agency which has seen former Mediacom Sydney managing director Geoff Clarke made chief operating officer of the agency nationally, and Hannah Rook appointed as national head of digital.
Gomez fills a position last held by Annick Perrin, who departed in mid-2014 for a role with Starcom.
