ABC Board appoints non-executive directors
The Turnbull Government has appointed non-executive directors Vanessa Guthrie and Georgina Somerset to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation Board.

The Turnbull Government has appointed Dr Vanessa Guthrie and Ms Georgina Somerset as non-executive directors to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) Board for a period of five years.
No reflection on these people who no doubt are excellent choices but it would appear that the national broadcaster board is devoid of any experience in making content of any kind. I wonder if that explains anything.
