ABC’s axed radio show wins medal in global awards show

The ABC’s axed show Radio Eye has won a final award in the New York Festivals Radio Programming and Promotion Awards.  

The programme got the chop at the end of last year. But its documentary on a psychological experiment broadcast last October was recognised. Meanwhile, the only commercial stations to pick up medials were Perth’s Mix 94.5 and Melbourne’s Vega 91.5.
