Adam Ferrier joins Disrupt Radio as breakfast host
Adam Ferrier, co-founder of advertising agency Thinkerbell, is set to join new media start-up Disrupt Radio as a breakfast host, Mumbrella can reveal.
Ferrier becomes the latest name to join the lineup at the new digital station, which includes Libbi Gorr, an experienced broadcaster, and Jules Lund, entrepreneur and former radio host.

Ferrier will broadcast live twice weekly.
Sounds much more interesting than the drivel on the air now.
The comments section on this site always reminds me that there are a few more people in the industry who could be made redundant.
“It’s 7:50, coming up news, traffic update and weather, and a forty minute rant about why people should go back to the office, but first, Barnesy”.
You know what’s absolutely perfect? Me settling down for a good ol’ time, and suddenly this hipster dude plops his skinny jeans-clad tush on a milkcrate, looks me dead in the eye, and goes, “Hey, man, you gotta listen to my podcast!” I mean, seriously? Is this what I signed up for?
I was expecting a spontaneous encounter with a talking squirrel or maybe a pirate-themed barbershop quartet, but nope, it’s Mr. Milkcrate here, sharing his podcast wisdom.
Well, thanks, buddy. My life is now complete.
The best thing to do if you don’t want to listen is to not listen.
I on the other hand will give it a go. The station sounds interesting.
You can accuse Adam of a lot of things but being a hipster I don’t think is one of them.
Good on him for trying something he thinks will be interesting.
