Adelaide radio ratings: Nova dethrones Mix, ending a 27 survey run

Nova 91.9 has overtaken the dominant Mix 102.3 to become the most-listened to station in the Adelaide market, ending Mix’s run of 27 consecutive survey victories.

GfK’s seventh radio survey of the year, which ran from 18 August to 21 September and 29 September to 2 November, saw Nova secure a 12% share in the people 10+ demographic thanks to a 0.7 percentage point increase. That was enough to dethrone Mix, which finished just 0.1% behind on a 11.9% share, due to a 0.4 point slide.

Kate, Tim and Marty’s result in the drive slot helped Nova edge ahead of the favourite Mix
