ADMA appoints new managing director Andrea Martens, as chief member officer Mandy Eyles departs
There have been more leadership changes at industry association ADMA (Association for Data-Driven Marketing and Advertising) and its parent company AADL (Australian Alliance for Data Leadership).
Andrea Martens, the global chief brand officer of Jurlique, will take up the managing director of ADMA role which was left vacant when Ben Sharp departed after just two weeks at the helm. Mumbrella understands chief member officer Mandy Eyles is leaving the business.

Mandy has been an awesome advocate for digital, tech and marketing at D+TC and ADMA. I’m sure she will be equally awesome in her new role – what ever that might be 😉
There’s a lot of work to do there. A toxic culture with almost 100% staff turnover in 12 months. Even with that number of departures, a couple of the most toxic remain. Good luck…
Hhmmm,
Interesting choice in ADMA leadership. With so many data authorities (IAB, Data.gov.au, Media Owners), we all thought ADMA would try and claw back some level of relevance and leadership in the category. Thought there should have been a start-up “busy” type leader in their to shake it up – hmmm, not so. #skincareandicecreamleaddataleadership
Mandy will be missed, sad to see her go.
Any company that can afford to let Mandy Eyles go….must be doing really really well!
Mandy was a fantastic ambassador and here’s hoping she is moving onto something amazing!
She is! We’re very happy that Mandy is joining Team Tealium as Head of Partnerships.
Give the reigns to Steve. He’s a great operator and a good bloke.
Well, have to laugh. Andrea even looks like Jodie Sangster – they really did miss her! 🙂
One more point. With all the compliments for Mandy, why wasn’t she made MD – seems like she would have been a great candidate?
