The battle between the Wallabies and England on Ten saw nearly half a million metropolitan views tunes in to the clash, but it wasn’t enough for Ten to win the night as the game drew 439,000 viewers, while Seven’s telecast of the AFLtook the honours.
The test drew an audience of 439,000 while Seven’s telecast of the match between Geelong and North Melbourne drew 451,000.
However the ABC won the night with the best non-news show, drawing 661,000 for Father Brown at 7.30pm.
