Alan Jones’ contract to be terminated if he missteps again: Macquarie Media

Macquarie Media has said it will terminate the contract of radio host Alan Jones if he again makes comments similar to those he made last week about New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern.

A statement made by Macquarie Media chairman Russell Tate, released today, said Tate had discussed the incident with Jones and told him ‘any recurrence of commentary of this nature’ would result in him being dumped by the broadcaster.
