American producer Ted Hope gives two day Sydney workshop

Screen Australia will host Ted Hope, producer of 21 Grams, American Splendor, Happiness and the recent Martha Marcy May Marlene, for a workshop open to producers of all levels of experience. The event will be held on Tuesday 28-Wednesday 29 August at the Australian Technology Park.

Screen Australia is proud to announce a two-day workshop with Ted Hope, renowned US independent producer of more than 60 films, including 21 Grams, American Splendor, Happiness, The Ice Storm, In the Bedroom and Martha Marcy May Marlene.

To be held in Sydney, 28–29 August, Ted’s Hope for Film workshop is recommended for producers of any level of experience. The comprehensive program will dig deep into subjects such as deal making, financing, packaging, social media, on set, post-production, sales, distribution and marketing – all essential areas of knowledge for a successful producing career in the 21st century.
