Amnesia founder Terry Carney departs
Terry Carney, co-founder of one of Australia’s most successful digital agencies has left the company after a decade at the helm, Mumbrella can reveal.
Rumours have surrounded managing director Carney’s departure for weeks which the company has denied, but staff were told today that he has left.
Along with Iain McDonald, Carney co-founded Amnesia in 1998. In July 2006 the agency was sold to US-based digital hotshop Avenue A Razorfish and eventually became Amnesia Razorfish. The company was sold by Microsoft to Publicis earlier this year.
Mumbrella understands that creative director Iain McDonald is staying with the award-winning agency.
