Andrew Ostrom joins Ogilvy & Mather

Former AdPartners and BMF creative Andrew Ostrom has joined Ogilvy & Mather Sydney as creative director.
His move comes shortly after the appointment of Tom Moult as executive chairman of the STW agency.
ECD Chris Ford said of Ostrom: “He’s not only been involved in some of the most game-changing work in recent times, but also some of the smartest. “He’s an intelligent, results-driven creative with fantastic experience across both big and start-up agencies, so he brings with him a real entrepreneurial spirit. We’re lucky to have him onboard.” Managing Director Mike Daniels said Ostrom was a “business-savvy creative who can quickly get to the heart of the business problem”.
Ostrom said: “I’m always looking to develop work that connects with audiences and changes the way someone feels about a product or brand. It’s exciting to be working with guys that have produced world class work in tough categories.”
Ostrom’s previous work included creative lead on ‘Tongue’ for Tooheys Extra Dry.
