APN Outdoor joins bidding for Adshel
APN Outdoor has emerged as one of the bidders for Here, There & Everywhere’s outdoor business, Adshel, in the company’s first big move since the arrival of new boss James Warburton.
The outdoor giant – which failed to merge with Ooh Media last year – told the ASX this evening it had submitted an indicative offer of $500m to buy Adshel’s Australian and New Zealand businesses.
APN is there to drive up the bidding, and someone already knows the outcome of the City of Sydney tender. As I said before, the market will dictate the outcome here.
