ARIA Chart: Billie Eilish returns to #1 on Albums chart

Billie Eilish is back on top of the ARIA Albums chart, with her third full-length studio album, Hit Me Hard And Soft, which debuted in pole position back in May.

Last week’s #1, Taylor Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department, dropped back one spot to #2, while Zach Bryan’s new album, The Great American Bar Scene, debuted at #3 – the only new album to enter the Top 20.

Despite being knocked from #1, Swift still holds six albums within the Top 20, with 2017’s Reputation leaping back in this week.

Lower down on the Albums chart, Eves Karydas debuts at #23 with her second album, Burnt Tapes, while Kendrick Lamar’s 2017 album DAMN has re-entered the Top 50 off the back of continued love for his Drake diss track, Not Like Us, which has hit a new high over on the Singles chart.

On the ARIA Singles chart, Shaboozey has held the top spot for a second week with his J-Kwon interpolation, A Bar Song (Tipsy), which finally hit #1 after 11 weeks on the chart.

Sabrina Carpenter holds #2 and #3, while Billie Eilish remains at #4 with Birds Of A Feather. Interestingly, Eilish ‘only’ has three songs in the Top 50 this week, despite holding the top album spot.

Kendrick Lamar’s Not Like Us reaches a chart peak of #5, aided by releasing the video clip to the song during the week.

The highest debut single this week was Morgan Wallen’s Lies Lies Lies, which entered at #35, ahead of other debuts from Quavo and Lana Del Rey, Eminem and Big Sean, and Charli XCX.
