Australia vs Samoa RLWC quarter-final hands Seven Friday night win

The Rugby League World Cup quarter-final between Australia and Samoa averaged more than 600,000 viewers on broadcast television last night, and contributed 788,000 streaming minutes on Plus7.

On the east coast, the biggest audience to watch Australia beat Samoa by more than 40 points and progress to the semi finals was Sydney – with 290,000 viewers.
