I made the mistake of subscribing to the New York Times last year. When I decided to cancel it was very difficult to do so. You can’t cancel your digital subscription online! You’re required to phone a special number for O/S callers to get through to the NYT which didn’t work, there’s no direct line to a an actual number in the US that I could find. Eventually, after much digging on the website, I found a general queries addy and emailed them and they kindly cancelled it for me.
