BCM hires new account service team

Independent agency BCM has hired an account service team, appointing Damien Musgrave as account director and Ava Hawes as account manager.
The announcement:
Independent agency BCM has bolstered its Account Service team with a number of new appointments. Account Director Damien Musgrave and Account Manager Ava Hawes have been hired.
Musgrave starts with BCM next Monday 8 May 2017. He has been with Publicis Mojo Brisbane in senior account management roles since 2012. He has also previously worked in account management with Advertising Energy Group and TMP.
Hawes has already started at the agency. She also joined BCM from PublicisQ Brisbane, where she worked as an Account Manager.
Additionally, two new Account Co-ordinators, Toni Dobbyn and Natasha Kent started in BCM’s Account Service team recently.
The new hires have resulted from a number of recent internal promotions within Account Service, prompted by new business wins and client growth.
The recent account win of Beko Australia and New Zealand, as well as Crimsafe and Capilano Honey account wins, together with a number of new projects and campaigns for clients such as the Great Barrier Reef Foundation, combined with new work and campaigns being produced for existing clients have all contributed this growth.
Senior Account Manager Laurelle Simleit has also joined BCM’s Account Service team over the short-term to assist with the increased workload.
BCM Managing Director Paul Cornwell said “It’s an exciting time of growth in the agency, as we welcome a number of new clients and projects, and a host of new young talent around the BCM corridors, with more to come.”
