Ben Cousins delivers two nights running for Seven
Seven had another big night in the TV ratings thanks to the second part of its Ben Cousins documentary.
The programme rated 1.7m across the five metro markets, while panel discussions before and after that ran in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth also rated strongly.
Meanwhile, Nine’s travel show Getaway fell below the 1m mark to 949,000, while Ten’s Rush struggled with 798,000, according to preliminary overnight ratings from OzTam.

it is very important to bring forward a addictive persona as such. If we have a look at boxers, whom ,if any, are the most addicted sports people around. We all have to remember that before even being addicited to drugs, they are addicted to sport…adrenalin and indorphines..especially the pain and it”s realise of indorphines.
We as a country reinforce sport, but for the the person with a addictive caracter sport is the drug and they have the addictive caracter in their genes. They normally become the best athletis, because of the pain barrier and it’s indorphine realise. We as a nation bring these caracaters forward and are responsible for it as well. Here is a good story .
Ben Cousin is absolutly not the only caracter with these gens, It is very common in boxers and fotball players marathon runners and so on. Here you should elaborate with AA, NA, because there are alot of these athlets out there being judge and not dealt with as they should. We need to understand addiction better and how it works.. I personally find these stories unbelieveble, because as it is said only 1% of the addicted die sober…they are there just for us to think that we maybe a better people and so feed of them..Educating and informing people is the roll of the media.. if it want to be taken seriously..
