Ben Richardson new Vice President and GM of Nickelodeon

Nickelodeon Australia has announced Ben Richardson is the new Vice President and General Manager.

Katrina Southon, Sr Vice President and Managing Director of Viacom International Media Networks Australian and New Zealand made the announcement, who Richardson replaces after her move to the current role in February 2011.

Richardson’s appointment sees him return to Australia after six years working for Viacom International Media Networks in India, Indonesia, Japan and Korea where he was Vice President and General Manager of MTV Networks Korea.

Nickelodeon is seen in over 2.3 million Australian homes and is the joint venture betwen Viacom International and XYZnetworks and was established in 1995.
