More than half a million for BH60

Beneath Hill 60Beneath Hill 60 earned $548,371 during its opening weekend, reaching #9 at the Australian box office.

The film, directed by Jeremy Sims and distributed by Paramount/Transmission as a wide release of more than 100 copies, earned a screen average of $3,344.

The other new wide release was  Sony’s The Book of Eli, at number four with $1.3m.

The number one film was How to Train Your Dragon (Paramount), with $2,095,092.
