Blogging event postponed after sponsor pulls out

A blogging event in Melbourne has been postponed after a key sponsor pulled out.

Nuffnang Fashionopolis, run by brand meets blog service Nuffnang, was originally scheduled for 17 March. It has now been shelved until later in the year.

The event is billed as a day for Australian fashion and beauty bloggers to network and meet fashion experts.

The event organiser, who did not reveal which sponsor pulled out, issued the following statement: “The date shift comes as a result of the withdrawal of a major event sponsor, posing difficulties for the continuation of the event under the original timeframe.”
