BMF makes redundancies after falling client spend

Leading Australian ad agency BMF has retrenched a number of staff.

The agency’s managing partner Dylan Taylor said that the cut backs “relate to declining spend of certain clients”.

The redundancies have been made across a number of departments; it is unclear how many have been made.

“Obviously it’s very sad when people are let go. But unfortunately it’s a consequence of business. Many Australian businesses have been shedding jobs of late,” Taylor said.
