Bouncing babies, jet-skiing dog and dancing hipsters feature in feel-good Toyota campaign

Toyota has released their latest campaign, ‘It’s a whole new feeling’, which highlights the features of their four most popular vehicles and the joy they will bring to their owners.

Toyota - Bulldog on a jetski

The ads, from OddfellowsDentsu, use the slogan “Now that’s gotta make you feel like this”, featuring dancing hipsters, jumping babies and a dog riding a jet ski.

Featuring Australian celebrity Ed Kavalee, the four 30-second videos advertise the popular Toyota Corolla, Camry, Yaris and SUV range.

The first advertisement opens with Triple M radio host Kavalee, explaining the features of the Corolla as it flips to a group of people dancing in the street, wearing retro leotards.

The Toyota Yarris ad opens the same way, finishing with two dancing hipsters after a cat instructs them to “drop the beat”.

The SUV range changes the pace and moves away from the dancing theme, instead showing a bulldog with goggles riding a jet ski.

Bouncing babies illustrate the “new feeling” a Toyota Camry could give consumers, complete with an Irish music soundtrack and Jolly Jumpers.

Toyota also released a longer ‘Welcome to Summer’ video, consisting of people doing various outdoor activities and promoting their hashtag #ohwhatafeeling.
