Brisbane radio ratings: NOVA’s lead extends in four-horse race

NOVA 1069 has held onto an overall lead in Brisbane by half a percentage point, as four stations vie for the top spot.

Just 1.2 percentage points separate the top four stations in the market.

NOVA boasts 11.6% market share, down 0.2%, but a 0.6% drop for second-place B105 to 11.1% saw the gap between the pair widen from the 0.1% that separated them last survey.

KIIS 973 managed to jump into third place, increasing share by 1.1%, up to 10.8%, while Triple M fell to fourth place, after losing 0.5% this survey.

B105’s Stav, Abby & Matt continues to command Breakfast in Brisbane, although its lead over NOVA’s Ash, Luttsy & Susie is a slight one: 12.5% compared with NOVA’s 12.1%. B105 dropped 0.2%, while NOVA dropped 0.4%, giving them slightly more breathing room.

Nova’s drive hosts (L-R): Ricki-Lee, Tim and Joel

In Drive, NOVA’s Ricki-Lee, Tim & Joel holds a clear lead over B105, with NOVA recording 13.5% (down 0.6%), compared to B105’s Carrie and Tommy, who command 11.3% of listeners.

KIIS 973’s Will and Woody might be the ones to watch here though: with a 1% jump to 11.2%, they’re now in third place and just 0.1% behind B105.
