Guardian columnist Bronwen Clune to edit StartupSmart for Private Media

Digital publisher Private Media has hired Bronwen Clune as editor of its business startup site StartupSmart replacing Gavin Lower who is moving into PR.

Clune has attracted a loyal readership as a columnist for The Guardian Australia, which she will be free to continue as the publisher does not see a conflict of interest with the national site.

Private Media CEO Marina Go told Mumbrella Lower had grown traffic to the site by more than 40 per cent in his year at the helm, but had left to pursue his passion for PR.
