A bunch of b.lls

Dr Mumbo is grateful to the sub-editors of the Australian Financial Review for protecting readers’ delicate sensibilities in its report on the bank bill swap rate court case.

To avoid shocking the big end of the town, throughout the report, quotations about which trader is the bravest are adjusted to “who has the bigger b.lls”.

Which was very thoughtful – albeit somewhat undermined by splashing with the more direct headline of “Bank bill swap rate ‘merely a sign of who has bigger balls'”.
