CampaignLab founder steps back from day-to-day as agency marks 10 years
CampaignLab founder Andy Scales is now leaving day-to-day operations to GM Thalia Mills
CampaignLab founding lead Andy Scales is stepping back from his operational role to focus on creative and campaign-facing duties as the communications agency marks its 10th anniversary.
The Sydney-based independent has promoted associate director Thalia Mills to its first-ever general manager, giving her responsibility for the operational management of the agency’s 15-strong team.
Speaking to Mumbrella, Scales, who holds the title of director, said the move is part of a restructure aimed at the agency’s future growth, while also freeing him up to focus on campaign ideation.
