Cannes in-person canned, virtual event to take place in June

The organisers of the Cannes Lions have announced that after the postponement of last year’s awards due to COVID-19, Cannes Lions 2021 is to run as a fully digital experience. The event in Cannes, France, will not take place this year.

Earlier in the year the organisers had announced that an in-person event in Cannes France would proceed.

Cannes Lions Live will now run from 21-25 June, with Lion-winning work will be announced and awarded during the virtual event.
