Channelzero acquires video content agency to diversify offering
The Marketing Group’s creative agency Channelzero has completed an acquisition of video content and strategic provider, The Content Agency.
As part of the acquisition, Channelzero will extend its video content capabilities and client roster, and will help grow of The Marketing Group’s position in major markets like Australia.
The Marketing Group acquired The Content Agency for €106,500 which will be paid in the value of 59,497 shares.
Creative work by The Content Agency includes videos for brands including Studio Canal, Study Adelaide, University of Technology Sydney, Universal Music Group and BBC Worldwide.
