Spikes Asia: Clems wins two GPs for NAB ‘Break Up’, no show for Australia in print and radio
Clemenger BBDO Melbourne’s Break Up campaign for NAB is continuing to impress advertising awards juries, picking up two grand prix at Spikes, an Asia Pacific advertising awards show.
Leo Burnett Melbourne won four golds for Scope ‘See the person’, with the band from the ad – Rudely Interrupted – playing at the Spikes after party last night. Sister agency Leo Burnett Sydney also picked up a gold.
Whybin\TBWA\Tequila also fared well in the list of winners, followed by DDB and JWT.
Australia echoed its tame performance in the print category at Cannes, not even making the shortlist in the print category at Spikes.
Break up won a media gold too Tim. Can’t keep a good thing down!
How come up choose to print the two print finalists and none of the other finalists?
There were many more from Australia in the finalist categories, I would suggest not printing them at all though as it would make a very long list.
