Clive Bingwa and Derry Simpson elected to 303’s board

Perth-based independent agency 303 has elected long-serving media director Clive Bingwa and planning head Derry Simpson to its executive board.

Bingwa, who has been with 303 for a 12-year spell, and Simpson have both taken shares in the 21-year old agency.

303’s board now has seven members – Perth MD Alan Taylor, national ECD Simon Langley, Perth ECD Lindsay Medalia, Sydney MD John McKie and CEO Nick Cleaver.

The news follows the announcement that 303 has created a joint associate creative director structure in its Perth office, pairing Richard Berney with Steve Straw, who joins from Lowe Singapore where he worked on Unilever.
