Coles 360 names Ben Dixon head of agency sales
Ben Dixon is joining Coles 360, the supermarket giant's retail media arm
Coles 360 has appointed Ben Dixon as its new head of agency sales.
Dixon comes to Coles’ retail media division from in-store audio provider QSIC, where he was head of retail media and partnerships for seven years. Prior to this, he spent seven years at Nova, across various agency sales roles, and worked at publisher Pacific Magazines and News Magazines.
Dixon will lead Coles 360’s agency engagement strategy, supporting agencies to leverage advanced audience targeting, closed-loop measurement, and omni-channel activation across Coles Group’s extensive retail media network.

He said in a media release he is “thrilled to be joining Coles 360 at such an exciting time for the business and the broader retail media category.”
Coles 360 general manager Tiffany Chen said that Dixon brings “deep expertise across both the agency and retail media landscapes, locally and globally, which will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen partnerships with agencies and unlock greater value for brands”.
“Increasingly, agencies are looking for more integrated, insight-driven solutions that deliver measurable outcomes,” she continued.
“Ben’s leadership will play a critical role in helping our partners harness the full Coles 360 ecosystem.”
