PR agency Communications Collective has hired Jess Mulquiney as general manager.

Mulquiney will be responsible for managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for business development.

Mulquiney joins after three years at JEM Timber Direct as general manager. She has previously been a marketing consultant for NAB.
