Conclusion of MAFS helps Nine win one more ratings week

The final two episodes of Married at First Sight – which pulled 1.858m and 1.968m respectively – helped Nine edge ahead to win another ratings week, securing 23.1% of the television viewing audience from Sunday to Saturday.

Nine’s untouchable audience shares of 37.0% (Sunday night) and 32.0% (Monday night), did drop off throughout the week without MAFS – falling to 15.5% on Wednesday – however the channel managed to fend off Seven’s weekly share of 21.3%.

MAFS gave Nine its strongest start to the ratings year ever

Outside of MAFS, Seven News on Sunday was the most-watched program across the five capital cities, pulling 1.096m, according to OzTAM.
