US advertising’s ‘cream of the crap’

If you’re scratching your head over which Turkey of the Year entry you should vote for at the Mumbrella Readers Choice Awards, you may want to check out a selection of US ‘crapvertising’ to help you keep things in perspective.  

Utah-based agency Crowell Advertising, has launched The Tracy Awards – a celebration of the “cream of the crap” in advertising creative.

Among the big brands that made it on the list include Windows 7 for its tenuous tie-up with adult cartoon show Family Guy, Snickers and Oreo.

So take your pick… or shall we say, pan.
