Big Bash League pulls in larger audience than Australian Open for Wednesday TV

The battle between the Big Bash League and the Australian Open continues with last night’s cricket match between the Adelaide Strikers and Hobart Hurricanes proving to be more popular than an eventful evening at the tennis.

According to OzTAM’s overnight preliminary ratings, The Big Bash League saw 773,000 metro viewers tune in as the Adelaide Strikers defeated the Hobart Hurricanes.
