DDB COO Charles Rallings departs as DDB Sydney restructures

CharlesR_Chief operating officer of creative agency DDB Sydney and managing director of Tribal Sydney Charles Rallings has departed the agency, which has also announced a restructure.

Rallings left the firm last week and has taken up a role as vice president of digital at marketing and promotions agency Creata.

“It’s sad to see Charles leave as he has been a key partner of mine for the past five years, helping place digital thinking at the heart of our business, a passion he has implemented with great success. We wish him every success at his next role with Creata,” said Chris Brown DDB Group Australia CEO. 

As part of the restructure Matt Melik, director of data and publishing at DDB, is promoted to managing partner of the agency whose clients included Tourism Australia, Telstra, McDonalds and VW.
