Decidr and Growth Faculty set up AI Mentor for business leaders

Decidr has unveiled a new AI platform with Growth Faculty, offering 24/7 advice from top global leadership mentors.

The announcement:

Decidr, the only pure-play AI software provider on the ASX (DAI), is proud to launch AI Mentor – a first-of-its-kind platform designed for business leaders – created in partnership with Australia’s foremost destination for world-class leadership development, Growth Faculty.

The platform is live now and available here – https://thegrowthfaculty.com/ai-mentors

AI Mentor provides 24/7 access to contextual, speaker-specific advice from some of the world’s most respected leadership thinkers, powered by Decidr’s multi-agent decision engine, and featuring tailored AI agents trained on the published material, event content and personal styles of Growth Faculty’s mentor network.

Each AI Mentor provides instant, contextually relevant advice in response to user questions and challenges, drawing directly from each speaker’s frameworks, tone and area of expertise.

At launch, AI Mentor features digital versions of globally recognised advisors including Kevin Lawrence, John Spence, Mark Green and Andrea Clarke, with more mentors to be added in the coming months. Each AI Mentor is developed in collaboration with the original speaker to ensure brand and intellectual integrity.

Karen Beattie, founder and CEO of Growth Faculty, said: “Our goal has always been to connect leaders with the world’s brightest minds and thinkers in business. AI Mentor lets us scale that vision in a completely new way. With Decidr, we’ve built something that takes the authentic tone and wisdom of our speakers, and makes them available to every leader, anytime, anywhere.”

David Brudenell, executive director of Decidr, said: “This is agentic AI at its best: connecting the right insight to the right person at the right moment. We are step-by-step changing the landscape for corporate learning, development and procurement, from our work with CareerOne, Go1, ELMO and now The Growth Faculty, who have understood the enormous opportunity from day one.”

The AI Mentor platform is designed to increase access, engagement and value across Growth Faculty’s learning ecosystem. For users, it provides on-demand access to trusted advice, even if they missed a live event or need guidance in real time. For speakers, it offers a new channel to engage audiences, generate insights and build residual income between events.

Author, advisor to CEOs and executive teams, and one of the platform’s inaugural AI Mentors, Kevin Lawrence, said: “I’ve spent decades helping leaders stay grounded and grow stronger. The AI Mentor lets me scale that support. Every question helps someone move forward, and now those answers can happen instantly – at 10 pm, mid-meeting, or halfway through a bad day.”

Development of the AI Mentor platform began in late 2024. More mentors, features and integrations are expected to roll out in 2025.
