Dentsu Aegis Network acquires Soap Creative as Ash Hopper departs for Lowe Profero
Dentsu Aegis Network has continued its acquisition spree buying up independent digital agency Soap Creative, with the agency to become a company within Dentsu’s global digital marketing agency Isobar.
Soap will be renamed as ‘Soap – Linked by Isobar’, with the agency’s founders Ashley Ringrose and Bradley Eldridge to remain with the business. SMG will also operate within Isobar.
Ringrose and Eldridge will report to Konrad Spilva, Isobar managing director for Australia and New Zealand.
Are the Soap offices in the US part of this deal?
Hi Bean Counter,
The deal is for Australia only.
Cheers,
Miranda – Mumbrella
Ash Konrad etc. Magnificent news congratulations all. SLBI will be a powerhouse.
Congratulations, Brad, Ash and Ashadi – keen to see all the (continued) great work that’s sure to come from all involved!
That’s bloody great news, what a great combination. Congrats Soap and you couldn’t have a better person helping steer the ship than Konners. Be ready to heckle – the chasers will have the bar of soap gags ready.
Soap US was sold off earlier in the year. Now called Ludomade.
Nice when the good guys win, well done Brad & co.
Great pick up by Isobar, looks like Dentsu is on a buying trip after picking up BWM just last week!
Love when good things happen to good people. Well done
Congrats to Soap!
