Dentsu parts ways with Sarah McGregor and Kim Douglas

Dentsu Creative has confirmed that executive creative director, Sarah McGregor, is no longer with the business. It comes a week after the president of Merkle, dentsu’s CX agency, Kim Douglas, also departed.

McGregor joined Dentsu Creative in mid-2022 from Communicado, where she spent nearly 18 months as ECD. Prior to that, she worked at cummins&partners, Leo Burnett, and Karmarama, among other agencies. She is also a founding member of The Aunties, a mentoring and events program for women in the creative industries.

She was one of the first significant creative hires made by then-CCO Kirsty Muddle under Dentsu Creative, and led a number of projects including Dentsu Creative Entertainment’s Transplant Games documentary.
