According to some research we conducted, the user is going to be really important in 2019. The word seamless is also really important. Make sure your website is free from friction. Make it seamless. Make that sucker so slippery that customer’s attention will slide right on past. If you can make it look almost exactly like a Squarespace template, that’s even better.
