Dumb Ways to Die to return in 2018 with third mobile game
One of the most awarded campaigns of all time, Dumb Ways to Die, is returning with a new iteration in 2018 with the launch of its third mobile phone game, Dumb Ways to Die 3: World Tour.
The game, available on Apple and Android focuses on the disaster prone ‘Beans’ characters with the aim of helping people care more about the Beans so they think harder about the consequences of their risk taking behaviours.
Dumb Ways to Die 3: World Tour turns players into caretakers for the Beans, helping them fix their broken houses, put out fires and take them to hospital when they are injured.
I’d love to know more about who owns the Dumb Ways brand and who makes the money via licencing? Where that revenue goes. The games would be generating nice revenue, as would have the toy licencing deals. Does this revenue go back to Metro Trains to give them a budget surplus or more to spend on marketing?
