Edge Marketing strengthens team with key hires and promotions
Edge Marketing has announced several senior hires and promotions to enhance its media and digital buying capabilities in modern marketing.

Independent agency Edge Marketing has announced a slew of senior hires and promotions as it continues to evolve its capabilities to meet the growing complexity of modern marketing.
Leading the appointments is Tika Hasborth, who joins as Senior Paid Media Strategist further strengthening the agency’s paid media capability. Hasborth brings a diverse background spanning agency, in-house and consultancy experience, most recently operating her own advisory business. She reports directly to Head of Paid Media, Mira Robinson, and will be responsible for driving Edge’s social advertising strategy.

Edge has also appointed Jasmine Hefty as Digital Account Manager, reporting to Head of Client Service Matt Roessler. With eight years’ experience in digital and client leadership roles, Hefty will further deepen Edge’s focus on strategic partnerships and client growth.
Additionally, Victoria Hutchinson joins in a graphic design capacity. Her immediate remit is to refresh Edge’s go-to market look and feel, aligning with the brand’s evolving positioning and reinforcing the agency’s commitment to high-quality creative, in an era increasingly saturated with AI-generated output.
Hunjas said the appointments reflect strong momentum across the business.

Internally, Edge has promoted Sushmita Sharma to Senior Account Manager in recognition of her long-term contribution to client growth. Sharma’s strength lies firmly in her forensic attitude towards process and accountability, which she uses to support the ongoing development of internal systems ensuring client goal achievement remains central to Edge’s operating model.
Jayd Ozolins has been promoted to Senior Project Manager tasked with playing a critical role in delivering the agency’s second-layer client service model, and driving initiatives that ensure Edge remains responsive, timely and accountable in every client interaction.
