Endeavour Group CMO to depart as leadership team gets shake up

The chief marketing officer of Endeavour Group is set to depart the company.

In a statement issued on Monday, the Australian drinks and hospitality business confirmed that Jo Rose will exit after “the second quarter of the next calendar year”, following a three-year stint.

Having led Endeavour’s marketing and customer teams since moving across from Woolworths in 2021, Rose will depart to “spend some time closer to her family in the United Kingdom”.

The news is one of a number of leadership changes announced by Endeavour, which also includes the appointment of current Tabcorp chief operating officer, Paul Carew, to the role of ALH Hotels managing director, replacing Paul Walton.
