Eriksen leaves SBS

SBS manager of production and development Denise Eriksen is leaving the network.

According to an official SBS communication, Eriksen’s departure is the result of a ‘restructure’ of the content division that will focus on cross-platform content – an SBS priority.

In the meantime, executive producers will report directly to Matt Campbell, director of content, TV and online.

Eriksen said that one of her achievements was the creation of a new commissioning model and “making a change from a commissioning editor system to one of network executive producers”.
