Expedia names Lisa Perkovic as employee communications lead

Online travel company Expedia Group has appointed Lisa Perkovic as its new director of employee communications design.
Perkovic posted the update on LinkedIn, revealing she would be leading Expedia’s communications efforts across video, digital and print, “dedicated to elevating strategic business thinking and global narratives”.

Perkovic has been at Expedia since 2013, leading the company’s Australia and New Zealand content strategy before moving into various global communications roles. She was most recently the senior manager of Expedia Group brand communications from March 2022 to April 2023.
Prior to October 2022, Perkovic was also a freelance travel writer for titles like Daily Addict, SMH Traveller, Sun Herald Travel, Yahoo!7 Total Travel, China Eastern’s inflight magazine Higher View, among others.
